[Mac-telephony-list] Adaptor for MacMini

Hi everyone.
Can someone tell me where the official FAQ for this group is located?

Also, I am interested in finding the preferred adaptor (FXO ?) to use
an analog POTS phone line with my G4 mac mini as the asterisk server
and also using budgetone GrandStream 200 VoIP phones. Any guidance
would be greatly appreciated. I am also interested in other's
expereince with picking the best audio codecs and related settings on
the phones as well.
