Links to releases are always on the OpenPBX.org wiki on Voip-Info.org:
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/index.php?page=OpenPBX.org
Links to the latest stable releases of OpenPBX.org and SpanDSP are here:
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/index.php?
page=OpenPBX.org#Lateststablereleases
Also, a link to the latest SVN developer snapshot is here:

All the above downloads are already bootstrapped, that means you can
start by running the configure script.

Note that the current HOWTO for OSX is based on the assumption that
you want to build and use your own libraries, even those which Apple
already included in MacOS X. This makes the process more elaborate
and makes little sense.
We have modified the configure script to detect those system
libraries supplied by Apple and use them. We will post an updated
tarball and also rework the HOWTO within the next few days. Until
then, you may just want to follow the procedure as described.

If you have any problems building OpenPBX.org using the HOWTO, please
post details.
Alternatively, you might want to download an IRC client, for example
Colloquy, and join the #openpbx channel on irc.freenode.net. There is
a good chance somebody is online who can assist. Proper netiquette
demands that you do not flood the channel with long listings of error
messages (up to 3 or 4 lines is ok) but use a site like
www.pastebin.ca instead to post your error log, then post a link to
that in the channel.
hope this helps
