[Mac-telephony-list] What are the main issues with Asterisk on OSX ?

Sorry maybe I'm being a noob, but I have tried to download the  
available items on that site and none will install.  I believe I  
found an update but it says that you must have asterisk installed and  
the other things i find a add ons.  Sorry for the noobnest
