[Mac-telephony-list] Does anyone have any experience conecting asterisk/openPBX to a PRI ?

The real reason IMHO is just lack of a really good "MAC" interface on it.
Its very much a CLI product. Maybe one of these days we'll see that.

Also you cant just plug the copper into your Mac at this time and poof it
works unfortunately... Personally I love to be able to use some Xserves for
1U telephony Servers
