There are a variety of multi-port analog interface PCI cards from  
various vendors, but the driver software and middleware required for  
use with Asterisk/OpenPBX is generally Linux-only. I have lobbied  
quite a few vendors asking them to support MacOS X but to no avail. I  
do not expect any of those vendors to have a change of heart any time  
soon.

For eight analog phone lines I would suggest you use an eight-port  
SIP-FXO gateway.
