IIRC, the new Macs are using an Intel USB Chipset so if you get Linux
running, you compile Asterisk, and plug in the Xorcom Asteribank, and Bob's
your uncle. 

I have 2 spare TE110's + a test PRI rig, so if someone sends me a new Xserve
I would gladly test this out and document it. Disclaimer: You may not get
the xserve back!
