It was not without a considerable effort, though. In the end it was worth
it. We have people ask us all the time: Who makes your phone system, these
features are incredible, and the look in their faces when we look at them
with a straight face and say, "We did" is priceless. 

I don't like amp myself but it does the job for non techies unless you try
to do something fancy.
