Nothing at all. Download ISO file, connect ISO file to parallels VM
as the CD, change the boot order so the VM boots from CD, and away we
go! Heck, it was easier that installing on a regular PC.

The only reason I suggest using a VM solution is if you simply
**MUST** use Apple hardware.
Another great option for people who are looking to build a PBX on a
mac is CommuniGate Pro from Communigate Systems. I know folks on this
list are probably thinking back to problems had with this mailing
list on CGPro, but I would say the following to the doubters:
1.) The list was run on an older (unlicensed!!!) version of CGPro (as
I understand, not the newer versions)
2.) CGPro's list module is not particularly good. The rest of the
program is, however.
3.) CGPro can be set up as a dynamic cluster for redundancy
4.) CGPro is built for OS X and does not require linux, VM, or
accepting reduced functionality.
Also, keep in mind that CGPro does not work with PCI cards, either,
so a PRI to SIP bridge or somethign similar would be required.
Personally, I would still stick with Asterisk on Linux on standard PC
server hardware so you can use PCI cards, etc.
