[Mac-telephony-list] OpenPBX RC3 is Working for me, link to improved build instuctions

Maybe a comment after

sudo niutil -list / /groups

and

sudo niutil -list / /users

that a vacant gid and uid should be used (i.e. not in the list these  
two commands outputs).

I used 700 as this was not in use on my computer.
