The website is showing only development releases at this time, so
no .DMG or simple drag'n'drop applications.

If you want to go ahead anyway, make sure you have SVN installed
(it's not in MacOS-X 10.4 by default), but a nice pre-compiled
binary with Mac installer is here:

   http://metissian.com/projects/macosx/subversion/

Then you can run the SVN command given on the OpenPBX.org page in
a Terminal window (yes, command line):

cd ~/Documents/
/usr/local/bin/svn co svn://svn.openpbx.org/openpbx/trunk openpbx

When that's done, you'll have the OpenPBX source tree which includes
install instructions in file InstallGuide.txt
