Use the "sip debug" feature of the console to investigate what  
happens to your SIP messages.

Caller ID schemes vary from country to country and the SPA-3000 (like  
most devices) only supports a small number of them. Most likely it  
can't decode the caller ID scheme used in the country you're in.  
Consult Linksys-Sipura support to ascertain.
