[Mac-telephony-list] rc3 won't compile for me

I am trying to compile rc3 on 10.4.8 Tiger.  I installed missing  
dependencies libtiff and spandsp but still get errors on make:

Any suggestions?
I'm not doing anything custom with configure, just:
.../configure
make
