[Mac-telephony-list] Legal Notice regarding OpenPBX

Note that the term "OpenPBX" is a common law trademark by Voicetronix  
in Australia and various countries where Voicetronix trade directly  
or indirectly. OpenPBX is a software PBX by Voicetronix and it is  
unrelated to Asterisk. The project formerly known as OpenPBX.org  
(note the .org) was renamed to Callweaver in April this year to  
resolve the name conflict with OpenPBX (proper).

In postings to this list:

- please use the new name "Callweaver" when referring to the project  
formerly known as OpenPBX.org
- please use the term "project formerly known as OpenPBX.org" when  
referring to the old name
- please use the name "OpenPBX" only to refer to Voicetronix' software
