Wouldn't it be rather rude if a list subscriber was to deliberately  
create a problem for those who provide the resource?

Regardless of legal opinions by laymen, improper use of Voicetronix'  
trademark on a mailing list maintained by Sunrise Telephone Systems  
Ltd such as this one *is* considered a problem by our legal counsel  
and therefore it will not be tolerated. This means, repeat offenders  
may be moderated (requiring approval from a list admin to post).
