The consensus amongst Callweaver developers has so far been that  
bootstrap is only supported on Linux and this issue will only be  
looked at for other OSes after a first release. Some developers have  
suggested to avoid using libtoolize altogether.

There is a nightly bootstrapped tarball available for download.
